NEW ACCOUNTS - |
|
All new account orders are shipped C.O.D, certified check or money orders. We also except prepayment in the form of Visa, .MasterCard and American Express. |

TERMS - |
|
Payment terms as C.O.D, Company Check or Net Terms may be established by completing a Love Toys Inc. , credit application. Upon approval, terms will be set. Please allow at least 5 business days for credit check. |

RETURNED CHECKS- |
|
Returned checks will impact terms and your account will be placed on C.O.D. Guaranteed funds only. Customers will also be liable for bank fees incurred by Love Toys Inc. |
|
LATE PAYMENTS- |
|
Any account with poor payment history will be placed on hold and all pending shipments will be held until all late payments are current. Such an account will be placed on C.O.D. guaranteed funds only! Should Love Toys Inc. resort to collection, all collection cost will be passed on to the customer. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge on all past due balances. |

SHIPPING- |
|
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of the receipt. We ship via UPS or FedEx Ground unless other arrangements are made. |
|
REFUSED ORDERS- |
|
If refusal results because of Love Toys Inc. fault, the order will be fully credited or reshipped at our own expense. However, all other refused orders will incur a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping charges associated with the order. Should the customer want the order reshipped, freight charges from the original shipment will be added. |

DAMAGE GOOD AND SHORTAGES- |
|
We exercise great care when packaging goods. Any and all damages and /or shortages must be reported to Love Toys Inc. within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. If any boxes arrived opened, re-taped or damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier. Save the original carton(s) for their inspection. |

RETURNS- |
|
Used merchandise will not be accepted for credit or exchange. Manufactured defects or items with concealed damages as a result of packaging or shipping will be accepted for return. All merchandise must be returned in it original packaging. And free of all customers marking and labeling. All items must have a return authorization number in order to be accepted. A return item deemed ‘saleable’ is subject to a restocking fee or may be returned to the customer at their expense. Close-Outs and discontinued items will not be returnable for credit or replacement. All Return Authorizations expire 30 days from date of issue. Please contact Love Toys Inc. customer service to obtain a Return Authorization number. |
